Academy Training
This training focuses on experienced executives and leaders seeking an in-depth professional development opportunity. The intensive 48-hour program equips participants with practical tools to excel. Participants will learn about strengths-based leadership, communication, team building, and talent management. Participants will explore ways to develop resilience, manage conflict, foster collaboration, and drive results. The cost of the training is $1,150 per person. View the informational flyer.
