“As the Community Recreation and Events Manager, I work with a lot of different people in my own community, along with inside and outside of town staff. Anything that can help foster relationships and build collaborations inside and outside of my department are essential to my success. I am so thankful that I was able to learn some new strategies during this class and that I have these resources moving forward.”
