Essentials Training
Developed for employees in supervisory or management roles, this training provides practical tools and insightful concepts to enhance both professional skills and personal growth. Participants will learn about developing a leadership mindset, managing a team, managing individuals, and more. This is a 16-hour training, presented in four classes running four hours each, or as a two-day bootcamp. The cost of the training is $750 per person. View the informational flyer.
