Get ready to attend SMCC!

Recently accepted to SMCC? Congratulations! We can’t wait for you to be part of our community. As a new student, your first step is to register for classes as soon as possible by using our online advising tool. We also encourage you to attend an Advising Session and an Accepted Student Day. Get started now!

Get Started with our Online Advising & Registration Tool

Access our online advising tool anytime to learn how to create a schedule and register for classes and get many other helpful tips. You can schedule a one-to-one or group advising session in-person or online to review your schedule with an advisor and ask additional questions.

Interested in living on campus? Use the tool to register for classes as soon as possible. You’ll not only get the best choice of courses, but once you’ve registered you will be able to apply for on-campus housing.

Sign up for an Advising Session

Advising sessions allow you to meet one-to-one, or in a group session with advisors to create a schedule and register for classes. Or, you can review your schedule if you’ve already registered using our online tool. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions.

Sign up for an Accepted Student Day

Accepted student days are a great opportunity to meet peers, get to know campus, learn where to direct your questions, provide your family with info, and learn what exciting opportunities your program and pathway of interest provide. What day you register for is determined by what pathway your program is in. Don’t know what day to register for? To learn which pathway you’re in, visit our pathways webpage.
