During June, Southern Maine Community College is honoring and recognizing the LGBTQIA+ members of its community. 
To celebrate Pride Month, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and SMCC’s Student Life and the Rainbow Club student organization have arranged various programs and initiatives throughout the month:
Pride Coloring Station
June 6th, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Spring Point Lobby
Come to the Pride Coloring Station in the Spring Point Lobby to color a pride-themed coloring page. A variety of options will be available.Â
SMCC @ Brunswick Pride
June 10th, 10 PM to 5 PM
Please stop by the Brunswick Mall and see SMCC’s table to get goodies, learn about our programs, and meet members of the Rainbow League! For more information, visit the Brunswick Pride Webpage.Â
Pride Watch Party
June 13th, 6 PM, Noisy Lounge
Students will vote on which movie they wish to watch. Popcorn, Candy, and Soda (with ice) will be served!Â
Pride Packs
Choose from various pride-related items, including stickers, pins, flags, and more! Pride Packs will arrive before the end of Pride month. Students may place an order here. This project is hosted by the Rainbow League and is sponsored by the Student Senate.Â
