When you are caring for your body you will find that you will feel better in your mind too. It might be obvious but begin with the basics.
Make a plan and get enough sleep.
Wake up and give your body a good stretch.
Drink a tall glass of water. Eat some protein.
Take a few deep breaths; in through your nose, exhale fully through your mouth. Find a way to get some exercise daily.
And just like when you are flying in an airplane the instructions are to first take care of yourself.
