Maine Community College System App
- Stay connected and organized!
- Download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in using your SMCC email (@mainecc.edu).
- Tip: Select “Student” in Settings to complete setup.
- Access your class schedule, campus resources, and updates easily.

Textbooks
- Visit the SMCC Bookstore website
- Go to: Course Materials & Textbooks > Find Course Materials
- Use your class schedule to enter course codes (e.g., PSYC 100 02)

Immunizations
Immunizations are required for in-person classes.
Submit records for:
- MMR #1
- MMR #2
- Tetanus (within last 10 years)
- Send to: SMCCAdvising@mainecc.edu or fax to 207-741-5760
Brightspace Online Learning Platform
Access through the Brightspace link at the top of the MySMCC Portal.
- Classes will appear inactive until the semester starts
- Use the Brightspace Student Orientation course to get familiar with the platform

- Free, confidential online therapy available to SMCC students
- Receive 5 free sessions per semester
- You’ll get sign-up info once you’re officially registered
Advocacy Resource Center (ARC)
Helping students meet basic needs and reduce stress so you can succeed.
Services Include:
- Housing support
- Mental health & substance use support
- Health care access
- Help with applying for benefits
- Access to food (Captain’s Cupboard), clothing, and household items
- Once you’re enrolled at SMCC, you can complete a short intake form and work with ARC to build a support plan.
- The ARC is part of our SMCC Care Team.
