Prospective students and families can learn about Southern Maine Community College’s academic programs, meet faculty and staff, tour the College’s South Portland campus and apply for free at SMCC’s Fall Open House on Saturday, Oct. 19.
The Open House, to be held in the HUB Athletic Center from 9 a.m.-noon, provides an opportunity to learn about SMCC’s programs and services and to visit select academic departments. Visitors can take tours of the ocean-side campus and residence halls, talk to faculty and staff, and learn about the admissions process, financial aid, student life, career and transfer services, and other offerings.
