What is the MySMCC Portal?
The MySMCC portal is the go-to website for enrolled students and employees to find important information and links to various tools and platforms such as Anthology and Brightspace.
Current Students
You will need to use your @mainecc.edu email and log in to access the MySMCC and Anthology portals.
If You Started Classes This Fall:
You should have already set up or received an invitation to setup your @mainecc.edu email account. You can search your @smccME.edu email account for an email from ithelp@mainecc.edu with this info.
If You Started Classes This Spring:
You should have received an invite to set up your @mainecc.edu email account on or around March 17. If you have issues accessing your user account or logging in, contact our IT Help Desk at 207-331-9666 or ithelp@mainecc.edu.

New Students
We’re so excited that you’ve been accepted and can’t wait for you to become an SMCC Seawolf!
Here’s what you need to do:
- Keep an eye on the personal email you applied with for an invite to set up your @mainecc.edu email address and log in. You will need this to access helpful tools and register for classes.
- Learn about and register for a New Student Advising Session.
- Feel free to explore the MySMCC portal to complete items included in your Accepted Student Checklist.

Once logged into the portal you can also access these resources anytime by visiting the Navigating the MySMCC Portal for Employees webpage.
Please Note: You may need to complete some functions, such as entering grades, in the former MySMCC environment (Jenzabar) through the end of the Spring semester. Keep an eye out regarding communication around this.
Making Updates to the MySMCC Portal
- Immediately: If you see changes or updates that you would like to submit for consideration, please email amullen@mainecc.edu and kmunksgaard@mainecc.edu, as well as your direct supervisor, to request these changes.
- In the Future: The College’s executive team has identified users in their departments who will have access to edit and update particular pages relevant to their departments. Training resources and branding guidelines will be provided to users with editing access. Those with editing rights can anticipate an email with more information to come.
Billing
If you are taking classes this Summer, you can now view your bill and make payments on the Anthology Student portal.
To Access the Anthology Portal:
- Log in using your @mainecc.edu email address and password.
- Select My Finances > Payments, eRefunds, Payment Plans. This will take you to Touchnet where you can see your current balance and/or pending charges, and any approved Financial Aid.
Summer Bills are Due June 30, 2025
How to Make a Payment
You can make a payment immediately online through the Anthology portal using credit/debit or check. If you are paying by cash, we ask that you please wait until June 9, 2025 to visit the Student Accounts Office and make payment to allow for time to set up processing payments in our new system.
Grades
Spring Grades are Available to View Now
- To view your Spring grades, please visit the “old” MySMCC Portal. You will need to log into this portal using your old SMCC email address and password (@smccME.edu).
- Please Note: This portal linked above should not be used for any other purposes than viewing grades. If you are looking for current student information, please visit our new MySMCC portal. You will need to log in using your new @mainecc.edu email address and password.
