Mark Your Calendar with Important SMCC Financial Dates

The Spring Semester is underway at SMCC, and we have important Student Account and Financial Aid dates and information to share with you. Please make note of these dates and resources to help you plan for a successful semester.

Key Financial Dates:

Financial Aid Disbursed – Thursday, February 27, 2026

What This Means

This is when you will be able to see your financial aid award in Anthology, and how it is applied to your bill.

To access the information:

  1. Log in to MySMCC.
  2. Select Anthology for Students from the Quick Links menu (under the Home and/or My Student Guide Tabs).
  3. Once logged into Anthology for Student select My Finances > Select SMCC Payments, eRefunds, Payment Plans.
  4. Follow Onboarding Prompts > View Activity > Choose Preferred Semester.

Housing & Meal Charges Due – Sunday, March 1, 2026

To View Charges:

  1. Log in to MySMCC.
  2. Select Anthology for Students from the Quick Links menu (under the Home and/or My Student Guide Tabs).
  3. Once logged into Anthology for Student select My Finances > Select SMCC Payments, eRefunds, Payment Plans.
  4. You will be directed to a “Touchnet” webpage, once on this page, select “View Activity”.
  5. Select your program in the program version menu.
  6. Under Student Account Balance select the semester you are attending.
  7. Under Description, look for Housing and Meal charges to determine what you owe.

To Make a Payment:

  1. Once on Touchnet homepage (which you can reach by following steps 1-4 above), select “Make a Payment”.
  2. Enter the payment amount you would like to make for the semester you would like to make it for and select continue.
  3. Follow the prompts to make payment. Debit/credit and electronic (checking/savings) accepted.

Refund Checks Mailed – Friday, March 6

Any funds that you have received from financial aid (grants, loans, and scholarships) that are left over after being applied to your charges (tuition, fees, room, and board) will be mailed to you in the form of a refund check(s).

Remaining Charges Due – Wednesday, April 1

This is the date that any charges you have not yet paid for are due by.

To View Charges:

  3. Once logged into Anthology for Student, select My Finances > Select SMCC Payments, eRefunds, Payment Plans.

  5. Select your program in the program version menu.
  6. Under Student Account Balance, select the semester you are attending.
