Forgotten Personal SMCC Username or Password

This information does not apply to MATH or CHEMISTRY course accounts.

Login instructions for Blackboard are as follows...
To login to your Blackboard account use the same username and password as you do to access SMCC email.

• Your username is your first name, middle initial and last name. all in ONE word (for example, if your name is "John A. Smith," your user name would be johnasmith)
  
• Your default password is the first character of your first name + the first four characters of your last name + the last four digits of your social security number - entered without any spaces  (e.g., rstra0066).

If you have forgotten your personal SMCC username or password, you may send an email to the helpdesk@smccme.edu for assistance. Please be aware that the hours for the helpdesk is between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
