| Write-up: | 11.07.2009 - Seawolves Men's Basketball Team Dominated by Dean CollegeFranklin, MA - The Seawolves men's basketball team was beat last Saturday by a score of 93-67. Turnovers proved costly as the Seawolves turned the ball over 33 times. This brings the Seawolves overall record to 1-2. Dean gets their season off to a great start and move to 1-0. The leading scorers for the Seawolves were Mike Von Rotz who had 17 points, Coleman Findlay scored 11, and Josh Mackie had nine points. Dean College was led by Josh Hodge who scored 34 points, six steals, and five assists. The Seawolves will next travel to Maine Maritime Academy in an exhibition game on Wednesday, November 11th. SMCC will then have their home opener on Thursday, November 12th as they take on YSCC opponent Unity College. Game time is set for 8:00pm. |
