All meals are designed and executed by our professional staff of chefs, with significant input and execution by our Culinary Arts students. Most food & beverage services are presented buffet-style to allow for maximum quality at minimal cost. Due to the custom nature of food & beverage service, all prices shall be discussed in advance of the event with a hospitality professional from SMCC.
