Students adding, dropping, or withdrawing from classes must notify the Enrollment Services Office by completing the necessary forms:

The Student Billing Office Will refund a student's tuition and fees according to the policies listed below:

  • Official drop within the first 5 school days of the semester = 100% Refund (note: the add/drop period for the summer semester is the first 3 school days)
  • Official withdrawal within weeks 2 - 12 = No Refund
  • Non-attendance of classes = No refund
  • Course cancelled by the college = 100% Refund
