To request your Southern Maine Community College transcript, please complete the Transcript Request form (Adobe PDF File) and deliver the form to the Enrollment Services Office in the Campus Center. Requests must be made in writing by the student. There is no charge for transcripts. Please send the request form to Enrollment Services, 2 Fort Road, South Portland, ME 04106 or fax to: 207-741-5760.
Transcripts are not released if there is an outstanding financial obligation. Copies sent directly to the student will be stamped "STUDENT COPY".
