If you are not currently accepted to a program at SMCC, you have two options for registering for courses for the first time:

  1. Walk-in Registration at the Enrollment Services Office.

    Non-matriculated students (students who are not currently accepted to a program at SMCC) may come to the Enrollment Services Office in the Campus Center (building #4 on the Campus Map (Adobe PDF file) during open registration periods.

    Normal Business Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  2. Fax Registration

    Non-matriculated students (students who are not currently accepted to a program at SMCC) may fax their registration to the Enrollment Services office during open registration periods.

    Print this form, complete it, and then fax it to 207.741.5760.

    If you are taking courses currently as a non-matriculated student, you can register online for subsequent semesters through MySMCC.

    Please be aware that you will not be registered for any class that is full or for which you have not met a prerequisite (proof required). In addition, unsigned forms will not be processed. It is recommended that you check with Enrollment Services on the status of your registration approximately one week after submitting the form.

    Students can check their schedule online by logging in to MySMCC.
