Please Note: In order for you to gain access to your course grades, you MUST complete evaluations for all of your courses.
Students can now evaluate their SMCC courses online. This feature is typically available the last two weeks of every class (in most cases, this will be the last two weeks of the semester).
To complete evaluations for each of your courses, follow the steps outlined below:
Step #1: Log in to the SMCC Portal
The portal is accessible by selecting the "Start Course Evaluation" button at the bottom of this page.
Enter your full name and your password. Passwords are case sensitive, but log-in names are not.
Your login name = your firstname + middle initial + lastname (e.g., jimt smith). Your name may be entered with or without spaces. Examples: "jim t smith" or "jimtsmith".
Your default password is the first initial of your first name + the first four characters of your last name + the last four digits of your social security number - entered without any spaces (e.g., jsmit0066).
Step #2: Select the "Course Evaluations" link on the Students tab (you will need to log in again at this point).
Step #3: Select the Course Evaluations link, then select the "Evaluate Course" link for a course on your class schedule.
There are instructions located at the top of the Student Evaluation Form.
After submitting the form, you will return to your Class Schedule screen, select "Course Evaluations" again for the next course you would like to evaluate.
Please be sure to fill out an evaluation for every course on your schedule.
